You will become part of a small, specialized network and Wi-Fi team and step directly into the engine room of both our company and our customers. You will gain in-depth, hands-on experience and develop skills you can use once you graduate.
What will you be doing at Haze?
Depending on your level and interests, you will work with:
- Wi-Fi Design & Optimization: Assisting with wireless site surveys during the design phase. You will gain hands-on experience with tools such as Ekahau and Hamina Wireless.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex Wi-Fi performance and client experience issues.
- Network Infrastructure: Supporting networking tasks such as VLANs, DHCP/DNS, while building a solid understanding of switching and routing.
- We work with a vendor-agnostic approach, meaning you will work with several different vendors and technologies, including HPE Juniper, HPE Aruba, HPE Instant On, and Cisco.
- Documentation & Reporting: Creating clear and precise documentation of solutions and network designs.
- Automation: Helping build the future of operations through scripts and templates for operations and documentation.
The entire team continuously develops their skills to ensure we deliver the highest level of service and quality to our customers. Therefore, you should be prepared to study different vendors and complete certifications along the way.
As part of our team, you should also be ready for:
- A short path from idea to action — we welcome your contributions from day one.
- A flat hierarchy — you will work and grow side-by-side with experienced specialists, and our CEO will be your closest manager.
- We value authenticity — you are encouraged to be yourself, even without a filter. Unique personalities are already a natural part of our team.
We imagine that you:
- Are studying to become a Data Technician or are enrolled in an EUD/EUX Data & Communication program with a specialization in infrastructure.
- Are eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and able to critically evaluate your own work.
- Are up for the occasional Friday beer — we also value the social side of work.
Practical Information
- Hours: Full-time (following the requirements of your education program).
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Location: You will primarily work from our cozy office in Christianshavn, but naturally you will also work onsite at customer locations.
